Social media profile data when you connect accounts via Ayrshare integration.
Payment verification data from Stripe.

Generate AI-powered content including voice clones, avatar videos, and digital cards.

6. AI Features & Special Data

6.1 Voice Cloning

Voice samples submitted for AI voice cloning are stored securely in Supabase and used solely to generate your personalised AI voice. You may request deletion of your voice sample at any time.

6.2 AI Avatar & Video

Profile photos submitted for HeyGen avatar creation are used solely to generate your digital presenter avatar. These are not shared with third parties beyond the HeyGen platform.

7. Data Retention

Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Payment records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
Voice and media files are deleted within 14 days upon request.
Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Withdraw consent for data processing (where consent is the basis).

Our service providers may be located outside Singapore (including the United States and South Korea via Supabase's Seoul server). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any cross-border data transfers in accordance with PDPA requirements.
